i retain the right to decline any commission if it makes me uncomfortable / i feel like its out of my skill realm / i decide i cannot take commissions at the time.

i would prefer the right to upload your commission to any of my social medias (deviantart, twitter, etc), and to use it as future commission examples, but i won't if asked not to!

i expect full payment after sending the sketch. i will not continue the commission after that until i'm payed. you can pay before receiving the sketch as well, i won't complain.

if you back out after receiving the sketch and refuse to pay me for my work, i will likely repurpose the sketch for personal use/gift art. i won't let my work go to waste because someone else backed out.

if for some reason i decide i can't finish the piece after being payed, i will refund fully. i won't refund you if i'm over halfway done with the piece. you can ask for refunds IF i either haven't started, or if i'm allowed to repurpose the sketch for personal use.
